Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention. PUPPETEER (1) went forward last start over 1500m at this track and held on well for second, beaten one length. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. KURUMA TORASAN (2) made progress last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1400m at Kawasaki after being prominent at the bend. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. TOSEN VIOLA (11) resumes after a break of 11 weeks. Won on debut to launch the last campaign over 800m at this track. Can make his presence felt while fresh.
