UP AND ALIVE (7) was disappointing last start when sixth over 2130m at Gloucester Park after a nice fourth at Wagin the run prior. No harm in drawing here with the sprint lane to rely upon. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. DAMAGE DONE (5) produced a better effort at his latest appearance when he scored by 4 metres over 2130m at Gloucester Park. Has the ability to make it two on the bounce. STAR POCKET (2) is worth another chance after a last-start modest effort over 1684m at Pinjarra six days ago. KIA ORA LOU (3) was out of the money two starts ago, then things went wrong last start when she broke and finished a distant last over 2185m at Pinjarra. Likely to get all the favours from this nice draw. Finds a nice race and can make up for that last start mishap.
