BLOOD OF EDEN (3) is long overdue and this time in has raced four times for four good runs, placing the last two. Stuck on well to place at first try over 1700m last time and can go one better now. HUBERTUS HUNT (4) is another overdue. Placed at both runs this time in and looks suited by the extra ground now. Go close. CHICKASAW (5) hasn't been far away last two and placed only try this trip. Doesn’t need to improve that much. RED ENCHANTRESS (6) has been thereabouts the last couple and should be at her top now. May appreciate the longer journey. |

BRIGITTE ANNE (6) finished 5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1160m at Turffontein Standside when resuming from a spell. Tackles a longer journey this time. Has a high cruising speed. Expected to be in the finish. THE REASON (13) is backing up quickly after finishing in the money at Turffontein Standside over 1400m just nine days ago. Good effort last start and is likely to be in the finish. LANTERI (5) bombed the start last time over the shorter dash. Much better suited here and worth another try. CRANBERRY POINT (11) is a three-year-old filly on debut from the stable of Heinrich Van Der Westhuizen. By Elusive Fort from Genoa. Pay to watch for any positive betting moves. |

GO JOHNNY GO (9) improved sharply at second outing to just miss and looks well placed to go one better this time. POMPEII SHIELD (2) wasn't fancied on debut but raced on speed and boxed on fairly. Has upside and sure to improve over the extra ground. LANCE ALOT (3) is yet to break through after five starts. Placed two back then last time out was fifth, beaten 7 lengths, over 1600m at Turffontein Standside. Has the pace to take a forward position. Suited here and can feature with even luck. SHOREYBOMBA (4) wasn't far away last time over a mile and did place only try course and distance. Worth another chance. |

SPECIAL AL (14) was well in the market on debut and comes through a hot form race. Obviously needs the ground. Expected to improve sharply this longer journey. NARETOI (1) is bursting to win. Placed last three including the latest this course and distance. Expected to go close again. THOONSIL (9) showed good promise in first campaign when stretched out win journey. Expected to prove hard to beat. EMERALD CITY (8) is close to a win with placings last couple here over further. Rates highly after a strong run last time. |

GERBERA (5) is building towards a win with placings at her last two runs, the latest effort a third over 1800m at Turffontein Standside when beaten 1.5 lengths. Great chance to find the winners' enclosure. READ ALL ABOUT IT (6) was well fancied last time but could only manage third over 2000m at this track. Freshened for this. Shapes as one to consider. CHESTNUT BOMBER (3) was beaten 4 lengths into seventh over 1800m at this track four weeks ago. Well placed to turn things around. ENFLAME (1) has plenty of ability and was taking on tougher races last time in. Capable of a big run fresh. |

BAKWENA (4) has run very well here including a win three back. In great form and looks a top chance. ACCEPT COOKIES (3) wasn't far from winner at her last appearance over a little further here. Has a great record this course and distance. Rates highly. ACROSS THE POND (6) is better than last start and has a strong record course and distance. Nicely placed to atone. |

SPECIAL STAR (4) is back from a spell of four months. Closed last prep as a winner, taking out a 1800m contest at Turffontein Inside by 2.5 lengths. First try here but is a progressive type who will take catching fresh. OPERA FAN (8) is overdue for another win and has placed 2/3 this circuit. Best form should see her measure right up. PRETTY ANALIA (7) has been thereabouts last few runs in stiffer company. Should go well in this line up and gets chance to find winning form. AMAZON QUEEN (6) is a progressive type who won only try this course and distance. Fitter and expecting a forward showing. |

PRINCESS ILARIA (3) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1450m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Long overdue for a win. Should be right in the finish. VAMANOS (7) is in great form and has a strong record here. Placed only try track and trip. One of the chief contenders. ARASHI (1) has been thereabouts in tougher company last couple. Should go well in this line up. |

NSPIRATION (2) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 3.5 lengths over 1160m at Turffontein Standside. Shaping up nicely and a bold showing is expected. NEVER NEVER LAND (3) is better than recent runs, the latest over 1600m at Turffontein Standside, beaten 5 lengths into sixth. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. WESTERN WISHES (4) built on a nice third two starts back at Turffontein Inside with a win over 1200m at this track five weeks ago, getting home by 1.3 lengths. Kabelo Matsunyane scored on her last time and retains the mount. Goes well here. Can get the job done again. PALACE REVOLT (7) improved last time out, finishing 1.75 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1200m at this track. Finds a nice race and can secure another top-three finish. |
