GALAXY QUEEN (10) made strong improvement when straight to a mile at her second outing and looks a top chance to get off the mark. APOSTROPHE (9) turned in a much better race last time and the extra trip is a plus. Should be right in the finish. LIEFLING (11) showed solid improvement at second outing and the extra trip looks ideal now. Capable of a strong showing. |

Like the chances of AGOGE (7) who was well fancied on debut and ran on hard but found one better. Has good upside and the extra trip suits. Expected to go close. MILAN'S WORLD (1) looks a big danger. Has been runner-up both runs this time in and steps up in journey now. Has posted a strong figure this trip last time in. Expected to perform well. LANCE ALOT (10) made a nice return and extra trip is a big plus. Among the leading chances. DISTRICT ATTORNEY (4) made a solid return at the 1400m for the first time and shapes as though the mile will suit. Even fitter and is an excellent winning chance. |

Looks a good race for SKY PILLAR ROCK (1) who is long overdue and very close, placing three of the last four. Placed 2/2 this course and distance and is well placed here with the claim. Gets chance. HOPSCOTCH (2) turned in a much improved run at the third run back and looks ready to fire. Gets her chance. COMMANDER OF ALL (5) led throughout to score over a similar journey here last time. Best form is this circuit. Leading hope again. CIRCLE OF GRACE (7) has been a long time since a win but drops in class and is very attractively weighted with the claim. Gets a chance to improve. |

All the main hopes are coming off a last start miss. BEYNAC (4) was fourth but safely held in open class latest but is better placed here. Won only try course and distance. Low draw and will take catching. KING'S EXPRESS (1) was a strong winner two back then well held latest. Much better than that and has a top record this trip with four wins and three minors from eight tries. Can atone. CHESTNUT BOMBER (3) is another who is much better than his last start. Was close to a win prior to that and can turn things around. HAWKBILL (2) is mixing form but has a strong record course and distance. On his best form he can take this out. |

Hard to go past BUFFALO STORM CODY (1) who won the Grade 1 Mercury Stakes before a spell, then has been unbeaten in the two runs this time in. Comes back in trip but has good form at the journey and is clearly the one to beat on class alone. KARATE KID (7) wasn't far from the winner at his last appearance and loves the trip. Rates highly and will be winding up strongly. WILLIAM ROBERTSON (2) is back in trip and does have good form this sharper journey. Has the ability to take this out. TAXI TO THE MOON (4) just missed fresh when out-bobbed and fitter again can go one better. Forward showing expected. |

MUSICAL SCORE (2) made late ground to finish midfield in far tougher company latest. Unbeaten here and gets chance to atone. ARGO ALLEY (3) was in sparkling form before a spell, winning three of his last four. Has the inside and will give a sight with the light weight. TAEGAN'S CHAMP (4) has been a long time out of the winners stall. Not far away last time and on good record here is sure to be about the money. |

MASTER CHRISTMAS (3) is better than last start. Goes well over this course and distance and looks one of the chief contenders. MASTERSHIP (4) is a win chance on best form. Goes very well here and is worth keeping safe. |

BAKWENA (2) is in great form including a win only try here two back over 1500m. Hard to hold out. WARM RECEPTION (8) resumed in stakes class and not disgraced. Fitter and extra trip may suit. Worth consideration. |

Hard to go past the progressive RINGA RINGA ROSES (3). First try at the mile but on an upward spiral with wins last two and expected to measure up again. GRACE'S KISS (6) shows promise and looks suited by the extra trip now. Well weighted and will go close again. OPERA FAN (7) should relish the big weight drop and won only try when last at the mile. Ready to win after a solid performance last time out. PRETTY ANALIA (5) is better than recent form suggests. Swooper to watch for late in the piece. |
