1 09:45 Maiden Race 1150m
LUX RAYMOND (16) will find this a little easier than his second on debut eight weeks ago, beaten 3.5 lengths at the end of 1200m at Nakayama Dirt. Has plenty of upside so he should pay to follow. ARZAK (13) is a two-start maiden who looks close to a win after placing at both runs, the latest when second over 1150m at this track. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Among the leading chances. CHURA VEIL (4) resumes from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1200m at Niigata Dirt. Rates highly and is a chance to break through. FANCY FRILL (2) finished 7 lengths from the winner in fourth after being prominent at the corner at her most recent outing over 1150m at this track. Finds the right race and is worth consideration.
2 10:15 Allowance Race 1700m
SOUTHERN TEA SPOON (14) is closing in on a win, last time out finishing second over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt when just 1.3 lengths from the winner. Drawn out a bit but with even luck can take this out FEEL AWESOME (9) comes here off a break of 11 weeks. Filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1700m at this track. Generally races well first-up with two minor placings. Sure to make her presence felt. VERTUGADIN (4) is a promising galloper who resumes from a break. Last raced when second over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt ten weeks ago which was the only run of that prep. Should be prominent from the low draw. One to consider. CUTHBERT TESORO (5) is back after a break of 11 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1700m at Sapporo Dirt. Worth plenty of thought.
3 10:45 Allowance Race 1700m
TAKERU HURLOCK (1) finished third when resuming from a spell last start over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Gets all the favours from the inside gate and should be tough to beat. MANA ETRE (5) stepped up in trip to 1800m last time at Hanshin Dirt and ran below his best, finishing 8 lengths away in seventh. Kept fresh since that last run so looks sure to feature. LAST LEGACY (12) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt, beaten 6 lengths into seventh after being in contention on the bend. Nicely placed to take this out. MAN OF THE MATCH (11) returns from a spell of nine weeks. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when ninth over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Commendable record at this trip with a win and three minor placings. Should be in the finish.
4 11:15 Maiden Race 2770m
OSTERIA (13) comes here off a sound second 22 days back in a maiden steeplechase (2910m) at Kyoto. That result was on the back of a solid third in a maiden steeplechase (2910m) at the same track two starts ago. Sure to prove hard to beat. FESTIVE BEAM (8) filled a minor prize two back in a maiden steeplechase (2880m) at Nakayama. Couldn't emulate that effort last time out, beaten 11 lengths into sixth in a maiden steeplechase (3000m) at Tokyo. Deserves another chance. MATENRONO KAZE (6) is going over the jumps for the first time. Finished 3.5 lengths away seventh at the latest appearance on the flat over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Sure to be competitive.

Good effort last start and should be in the finish. NIL MAHANEL (1) has not been to the races since she finished third on debut over 1500m at Sapporo on September 6. One of the genuine contenders. JASPER RUBY (2) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last time over 1400m at Kyoto, beaten 1.5 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Suitably placed so anticipating another strong effort.
7 01:05 Allowance Race 1150m
HIRABOKU CARRERA (13) had his first look at a dirt track last start when second-up from a spell and improved nicely to finish second, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 1200m at Niigata Dirt. Terrific chance to find the winner’s list. LEWIS TESORO (8) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at Nakayama Dirt but couldn't back it up last start when sixth, beaten 2.25 lengths, over 1300m at Tokyo Dirt. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. HAYATENO TSUBASA (12) started at $6.80 last time and ran below expectations, finishing ninth and beaten 6 lengths at Hanshin Dirt over 1200m. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. ECORO LEONA (3) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a spell on 30 August, finishing sixth and beaten 6 lengths over 1000m at Sapporo Dirt. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.

RED VARIATO (13) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 2400m at Tokyo, beaten 3.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. This looks a sterner test than last time but with added fitness he is good enough to take this out. CALMING LIGHTS (4) is back at the races for the first time since August 3. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 2600m at Hakodate. Capable of playing a major role. MY FAMILY (9) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 2600m at this track, beaten 4 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is fitter and worth serious consideration. DOVER BRIGHT (11) was just fair when resuming from a spell last start over 2000m at Tokyo, beaten 4.5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
10 02:40 GOSHIKINUMA TOKUBETSU 1800m

Finds a suitable race and is sure to be prominent. MEANT TO BE (15) made significant late ground last start to get up for third over 1800m at Tokyo. Expected to be there at the business end once again. CATERINA (16) is back after a break of 11 weeks. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1800m at Hakodate. DUBAI BLUES (4) lines up for the first time since July 27. Looking to emulate his win at Hakodate Dirt to kick off the last campaign. SPADE UN (8) last appeared when an easy winner over this course and distance 19 weeks ago. Smart entire who can make a bright return. BERGUN (6) is first-up since a comfortable victory over this distance at Sapporo Dirt three months ago. Lightly raced filly who can go to a new level this time in work. HO O SUPERIOR (14) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on 16 August, finishing tenth and beaten 7 lengths over 1700m at Sapporo Dirt. Sure to make his presence felt.
12 03:55 Allowance Race 2000m
IGATCHI (8) resumed a month ago over 1800m at Kyoto and was only beaten 1.2 lengths into fourth after being prominent at the corner. Has never missed the placings at the second run back. Hard to beat in this suitable race. SWALLOW CITY (10) returned from a spell six-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 8 lengths into fourth over 2000m at Tokyo. Nicely placed to find winning form. Has the ability to take care of this field. MARGOT REGINA (7) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations first-up at Niigata, finishing 14th and beaten 6 lengths over 1800m. Should be in the mix this time.
