NUM TIME COMMENT
1 11:30 Race 1 850m
Market moves will provide the best guide with no exposed form to go on. KEYAKI (3) is a two-year-old filly by World Premiere out of Moderate from the Koji Sakurada stable. Should hit the ground running. AINO VALKYRIE (5) is a two-year-old filly by Curren Black Hill out of Geshito Shori from the Masahiko Sato stable. Looks set to run well. Z NAKKI (7) is a two-year-old filly on debut from the stable of Akira Kimura. By Just A Way from Pod Donata. Must be kept safe. ESAN (6) is by Makfi and comes from the Koichi Seto stable. Worth watching for a betting push.
2 12:05 Race 2 850m
SIBERIAN DENEB (2) finished 3.5 lengths away in third last time out at Morioka Dirt. That made it three placings from the last four runs. Good effort last start and should prove tough to beat. SOURIANTE (1) returned last time with a solid second at Morioka Dirt over 1000m after being prominent at the turn. Aided by the inside draw. Likely improver with winning claims. DAN STONE ROSA (8) finished fourth last start over 1000m at Morioka Dirt after racing on the pace for much of the way. Well placed and expected to feature. 3 12:40 Race 3 1300m
CATHPA IMPACT (9) returns after four-and-a-half months in the paddock. Raced at JRA level last campaign, closing it out with a seventh over 2000m at Kokura. Looks much better placed in this company. GREVILLEA (11) raced once in the maiden preparation when eighth at Niigata over 1800m back on August 23. Will relish the drop from JRA level so can measure up. KITANO ARTEMIS (1) has been in the betting at the last two runs, finishing fourth each time. Aided by the inside draw so can be about the money. PRISM SPECTRE (7) is back from a spell of 12 weeks and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign. Keep safe.
4 01:15 Race 4 1300m
GOLD HADITH (1) has finished fourth in the last three outings at Morioka Dirt. Tackles a longer journey this time and draws to enjoy a soft run. That may see her tough to beat. HANAKA HONOKA (7) showed early speed from a good draw and led until entering the straight last start, eventually holding on for third over 1200m at Morioka Dirt. At peak fitness now and may take catching again. QUEEN ROUGE (3) finished second at Morioka Dirt two runs back but was less effective last time over 1200m at Morioka Dirt, finishing sixth. Draws lower so could bounce back. G T WARAWARA (2) will be fitter for recent racing and gets a lower draw so may turn things around.
5 01:55 Race 5 1300m
HOROYOI MANGETSU (6) ran a better race and finished 3 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1200m at Morioka Dirt after being prominent at the turn. Nicely placed to get the prize. LIMERICK (4) was well found in the betting last time out but could only manage to finish eighth in a disappointing performance. Capable of better so may be worth another chance. G T BONHEUR (9) is yet to break through in five runs but will be fitter for recent racing and is worth including in this suitable contest. METCHA SOUTHERN (2) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fifth over 1200m at Morioka Dirt. Draws well so look for a better performance.
6 02:30 Race 6 850m
QUEEN'S PLEASE (8) resumes from a spell of six months and is having her first outing under new trainer Koki Chiba. Finished third at Monbetsu over 1000m at the final run last time in work. Makes plenty of appeal in the new surrounds. WHETSTONE (2) raced below her best last time when seventh but there was merit in the prior effort for fourth at Morioka Dirt. Nicely drawn so can bounce back. FUJI GOKYAKU (10) made progress last time out, finishing 4 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1200m at Morioka Dirt. Expect another big run. DREAM LOVER (5) can mix the form but with her best could figure in the finish.
7 03:10 Race 7 1600m
BRISA FRESCA (3) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over this distance at Morioka Dirt when coming back from a spell. Fitter again and draws well so could be hard to hold out. MACHIKAZE (2) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Morioka Dirt over this trip after being in contention all the way. Draws low so anticipating another big run. BIND LOCK (6) has only once missed the top-three in the last five runs. Has placed in her two attempts both here and at the distance. Contender. EXCEPTION (8) has claims off a win over this journey three starts back.
8 03:45 Race 8 1600m
KITANO BRIDGE (10) is a model of consistency with top-two finishes at her last five starts, winning three of them. Most recently was second over 1400m at Morioka Dirt. Unbeaten here and looks well placed to maintain that perfect record. FLUGEL NOA (7) has enjoyed a let-up of five-and-a-half weeks since he won when resuming over 1230m at Sonoda, scoring by half a length. Progressive and won at his only second-up appearance so he looms as a significant threat. GOLD ORIS (4) was midfield time out but recorded a string of wins and placings prior. The engagement of Ryo Takamatsu is noteworthy. Contender. SEIUN ATER (9) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished third at Morioka Dirt two starts back then scored by 0.8 lengths last time out over 1400m. Go well again.
9 04:15 Race 9 1400m

AMAZING STAR (10) filled yet another minor placing last time when 4.5 lengths adrift in third over 1600m at Morioka Dirt. Likely to go back from the draw but can run on hard. Deserves a win and this could be his chance. RYUNO CORSA (8) is building towards a win with placings at his last two runs, the latest effort a second over 1400m at Morioka Dirt when beaten 1.75 lengths. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Leading contender. MAKOTO DAITOREN (2) can mix the form but draws well and is a player off a win four back at Morioka Dirt. CAMP FIRE (4) was beaten 3.5 lengths last start and was racing consistently prior so can be competitive.
11 05:30 Race 11 1400m
TENGU CLUB (5) started favourite last time at Morioka Dirt and was beaten a neck into second over 1200m after he got a long way back in the run. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. May pay to follow up. T RAMIREZ (11) led throughout last start to score an effortless 4 lengths win over 1200m at Morioka Dirt. Draws wider but is likely to run well again. GOLD CROSS (7) improved sharply with a win over this distance at Morioka Dirt two weeks ago, getting home by 1.75 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Nicely placed to keep the ball rolling. TAISEI AGAIN (3) finished 2.5 lengths behind the winner in fourth and won three in a row prior. Don't underestimate.
12 06:05 Race 12 1600m
SEI CHRISTINA (8) found a couple better last start at Morioka Dirt over 1400m after she was prominent at the bend. Scored a string of wins prior and is suited up to a distance where she is unbeaten. Toshiya Yamamoto who has four wins when partnering stays on. Can return to the winners' list. LOVE CORAGEM (4) has been in good form, scoring three back at this track then placing twice in a row, most recently finishing second when he was handy all the way over 1600m at Morioka Dirt. Challenger. BRION (7) is a progressive type still in first campaign but off to a great start to career. Has scored at his last two, the latest over 1400m at Morioka Dirt winning by a neck. Won only try here and is among the chances. ITAZURA VEGA (6) comes back in class so could find her best form.
