He took the lead at the 300m mark and drew clear of the opposition. He jumps from a good draw of four and can follow up with another victory. FLAG MAN (1) was in great form at the end of the last prep with back-to-back wins, the latest over 1600m at Scottsville. Drawn to receive a good run on the speed and should prove tough to beat. SHOOT THE RAPIDS (9) is a talented colt who was tested in tougher class last time when eighth over 2450m at Turffontein Standside. Likely to push forward and race up on the pace. Has each-way claims.
