SHONAN OBVIOUS (14) was prominent from the outset when second over 1300m at this track last time out. Has been a model of consistency in the past two campaigns. Expected to be in the finish again. STJARN GOSSE (5) missed the placings first-up recently but was not too far from the winner when fifth over 1400m at this track. Reunites with Lemaire who has a win when partnering. Likely improver with strong claims. SEKITEI O (11) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1200m at Niigata Dirt, beaten just 1.3 lengths. Coming along nicely and is a strong top-three prospect.
