Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Cha Chaan Teng. HAKUSHIN JAVELIN (5) made progress last time out, finishing third at the end of 1600m at this track. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. CHANT A CHARM (2) ran a much better race last start when third over 1400m at this track. One of the chief contenders. CHA CHAAN TENG (10) was in a different class last time with a dominant all-the-way win by 4 lengths at this track over 1300m. Can repeat the dose. SOUND WISH (7) ran a better race last start, finishing fourth over 1400m at this track. The engagement of Shuji Akaoka is a positive move. No surprise to see him in the frame.
