Good tempo expected with Woke Up, Nine Fold and Will Deadlift rolling forward. NINE FOLD (3) impressed when successful as favourite on debut over 1400m at this track four months ago and has not been produced since. Sure to be further improved and can make it back-to-back wins. GOLD AMULET (6) was in a different class last time, sitting just off the speed before letting down impressively for a 4 length win at Urawa over 1300m. Will go forward and should be in the finish again. WOKE UP (10) resumes after a break of three-and-a-half months. Did win at his only other first-up run when on debut, scoring over 1000m at Funabashi. One of the genuine hopes in the race. JUSTICE (9) progressed nicely last time out to score by 2 lengths over 1400m at this track. Nicely placed to find a top-three spot.
