Genuine tempo with the speedy Black Sunrise leading the way. WORLD'S END (6) ran on well despite being friendless in betting when resuming last time over 1600m in the G3 Arlington Cup at Hanshin, finishing fourth and beaten 1.1 lengths. Strong prospects in this far easier race. ALTOUM (4) is going well and knocking on the door, last time out finishing second over 1600m at Hanshin and only half a length from the winner. Settles back early but winds up late. Leading contender. PACIFIC HIGH (1) recorded a strong maiden win over 1600m at Hanshin last time, getting there by 2.5 lengths. Winning rider Katsuma Sameshima stays aboard and she is right in the mix again. ECORO MARS (3) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1600m at Nakayama after missing the placings at the previous appearance. No surprise to see him in the frame.
