MARUKAN PRESTO (4) is a two-start maiden who placed on debut then could only manage fifth last start over 1400m at this track. Will drift back but wind up late. Looks the one to beat on his debut performance. OBORO (7) ran well on debut last start to finish second over 1200m at this track in a tougher race. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so he should pay to follow. LENA (9) is yet to break through in eight runs. Finished fourth at her last appearance over 1200m at this track on June 9. Looks to be in the right race to play a big role. VERVENA (6) finished back in 11th at her last appearance over 1600m at this track on June 10. Among the better chances in what looks a nice race.
