Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Stell's Angel. RED TOFFEE (3) is unlucky to still be a maiden placing in three of five overall and strikes a very winnable contest here. Will be ready to peak now fourth-up from the spell and maps well from gate four. In a suitable race and can play a major role in the outcome. MALBEC MAN (6) placed at Dalby on debut before being tipped out for time to furnish. Tuned up for this with two recent trials and a strong showing while fresh would not surprise. WAITING FOR GRAHAM (7) placed over this track and trip before the break and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Top-three aspirations. BUBBLY MOON (10) hasn't been too far away in all five outings to date and this is not an overly strong affair. Can fill the frame with the right run. Former Victorian MIDNIGHT MIRACLE (13) has been supported in both local runs and where there's smoke there's fire. Keep safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Red Toffee to break the maiden status.
