He seldom puts 2 wins together, but does see out a mile better than most. A good draw should see him be very competitive again. BETTER NOT FUSS (2) did nothing behind the top pick last time out and was unsuited by being on the fence. He has 7kg less to carry this time, and if his mind is on the job, he can figure in the top 3 at some good odds here. MURRAJONG ROAD (1) only battled in the same race as the top pick last start. He was third here before that, and is worth another chance. BECQUEREL (6) has needed both of his starts back from a spell. He has 3kg less to carry for his peak run, and is more than capable of taking this out. HEBEL (3) broke through for an overdue maiden win here 2 weeks ago. His training regime has recently changed, and he can now go right on with the job. Each way value. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hebel each way.
