WAMBEEN (7) led over 1607m at Kilmore this grade and went on to score by 5 lengths. Draws awkwardly but has the gate speed, and holding the form, he can go back-to-back. PRO AUSSIE (3) brings two narrow defeats, the latest at over 1400m at Kilmore. He is free running and has more to give for a top barn. Ready to win. Ditto RYANMAN (4), forgiving the latest in stronger. Maps for a soft on-pace run and rates to be right in it. CRYPTIC CLUE (1) seeks the hat-trick and the 3kg claim is handy off a 62 this trip. This looks tougher, but he can't be ruled out. TEL AVIV (6) was in the market at Geelong over 1535m first up and had a slower than normal recovery after leading. Will be fitter and has pieces of form good enough. Has a handy 3kg claim and keep her onside. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Wambeen.
