CONSPIRATOR (1) went back last start then made a long searching run to salute by 1.5 metres at Shepparton over 1690m, his second win in a row. No excuses from this advantageous draw. Good enough to take out a race like this. SALSAWITHSIERRA (9) is on the radar after her last-start sixth over 1609m at Cranbourne a week-and-a-half ago. Each way value. MISSLOLA (5) last appeared with a modest run over 1690m at Kilmore nine months ago. Expect a better effort to kick off this prep.
