DOUBLE ACT (2) was successful as the favourite last time out when leading all of the way to score by 4.5 metres at this track over 1609m after an encouraging minor placing the start before. Sure to enjoy an economical run from this draw. Finds a tougher race but another win is not out of the question. SOHO SPECTRE (7) after getting checked in the run home finished tenth last start over 1720m at Melton, beaten 40 metres, after finishing fourth at Riverina Paceway the run prior. The driver has some work to do from this wide starting position. His last run should be overlooked. Good enough to win a race of this calibre. SHEFFIELD SPARKY (3) is in the mix following a respectable second at his most recent appearance over 1609m at this track after racing three back on the fence for most of the trip. UNFAZED (9) cannot be left out after solid recent performances, the latest a sound fifth of 10 at this track over 1609m.
