Not expecting much speed here in a race devoid of on-pacers. MEISHO RAIMEI (3) has been safely held at his last couple of runs, the latest when 13th over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt. Rates on top on best figures and will appreciate this far easier company. IMPERIO (2) is a 12-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was ninth over 1200m at Chukyo Dirt. Among the leading chances here with the run under his belt. PEERAGE LADY (11) last appeared a month ago over 2000m at Chukyo when she finished eighth. This is her first run for the Kesatoshi Sakurai stable. Solid top-three hope in this suitable assignment. LEG THROUGH (6) finished 12th at his last appearance over 1800m at Niigata on August 11 after he was well back on straightening. This looks a nice race so expect him to finish closer.
