Closed last campaign with a narrow defeat over 1500m at this track. Rates highly and should take some beating. ESKEN TO BAGO (8) has returned in good order this preparation. Opened with a third at this track two starts back then scored by 2.5 lengths last time out over 1500m at this track. It doesn't get any easier but on current form he is good enough to take this out. PEARL AGAIN (3) settled well back when 2.5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1500m at this track last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at this track the run before. Likely improver with strong prospects. JO ILMUR (5) finished eighth at this track and distance at her last appearance nine weeks ago. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
