Luskin Hero and Chief White Sock can pave the way. CHIEF WHITE SOCK (4) found the front early on here a month ago and maintained a strong gallop to score easily by 3 lengths. He is up in class, but drops 1 kilo, and in his current space, he can repeat the dose. KICKATORP (1) has a good record here and was a game third fresh up here 2 weeks ago in a tougher field. He strips fitter and can go one better. BOY BIG (5) is another durable local gelding racing well. He has 4.5kg less to carry, and from a good draw, he will be right in the finish again. LUSKIN HERO (3) broke a long win drought when cruising home to a 5-length win in an easier grade here a fortnight ago. Now that his mojo is back, he can go right on with the job. Stick with him. BOLD TROPIC (6) makes up the field of 6 and is another who is not without some winning claims, especially with such a nice weight of 53kg to carry. SUGGESTED PLAY: Chief White Sock to win.
