Strong early tempo assured with Golden Argo, Angel Wings and Magical Stones locking horns. POINTER (11) produced a promising debut effort over 1000m here on the Inside course. The manner in which she ran on at the finish was encouraging and that form has since been franked. She would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, she should be the one to side with. OXALIS GOLD (10) fought on resolutely when second on debut over 1450m here on the Inside course. The drop to 1160m is a slight concern but she has plenty of scope and cannot be ignored. INTRO (9) was running on strongly when second over 1200m at the Vaal last time. The blinkers seem to have done the trick on her and if she can get away to a clean start, she should be involved at the finish. BELLISSIVAR (8) showed very good improvement in her last start over 1000m at the Vaal. She would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter for this. If she can cope with the longer journey then she is definitely worth including in all multiples.
