Plenty of pace evident with Blessing Isle and Merkur leading the way from Rosa Banksiae and K Two Leone. SUNRISE GREAT (5) improved last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track. Well placed and a key runner. BLESSING ISLE (3) showed good early speed and led around the bend last start before being cut down, finishing fourth over this journey at this track. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. ROSA BANKSIAE (8) is having her second run back from a break after she failed to threaten first up over 1400m at this track. Fitter and shapes as one to consider. MERKUR (2) turned in a better run last start when fifth over 1400m at this track. No surprise to see her in contention.
