Has the pace to settle in the leading division. May prove tough to beat. CHOUETTE KAZU (2) finished second over 1200m at this track at his last appearance on May 2 2023 and returns today for a new stable. Goes well when resuming from a spell, including two minor placings from three starts. Capable of taking this out. THE CENTRAL (5) comes here off a break of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1500m at this track. Looks one of the genuine hopes. SPECIAL SEAT (4) races well third up so can show more.
