RAPID TESORO (1) was well fancied on debut last start and was not far off the mark, finishing third and beaten 4 lengths over 1200m at Hakodate. Leading player with plenty of improvement in store. CLAUSURA (5) will find this a little easier than her second on debut three weeks ago, beaten 5 lengths at the end of 1000m at this track. Has plenty of upside so she will prove tough to beat. UME HINATA (7) went forward over 1200m at Hakodate on debut last start but found a couple better. Sure to be competitive. WIDE WINDSOR (10) showed good speed and fought on for third over 1000m at this track on debut last start. Not to be discounted.
