NUM TIME COMMENT
1 04:45 Ladbrokes Owners promotion Maiden Plate 1200m
Anticipating a good amount of early pressure with many of these youngsters facing the starter for the first time. BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY (1) resumes looking well placed. Two runs in his maiden campaign were in Listed company, third at Flemington on debut when just behind subsequent Blue Diamond winner Streisand. He's been gelded now, has won a trial impressively and looks the one. OXFORD STREET (6) and OBAMBULATE (5) both debuted in the same race at Caulfield Heath. Oxford Street was a much bigger price but found the line well for third, Obambulate was in the market and only a length further behind. Doubt there's too much between the pair again. LADY OF POMPEII (9) is a filly by Brazen Beau on debut for the Hayes yard who has trialled well enough and has claims. TERRACOTTA WARRIOR (7) is a Saxon Warrior gelding on debut for the Price & Kent Jnr yard who should be respected.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Bohemian Rhapsody to win.
2 05:15 Fulmen Park Maiden Plate 1100m
Strong tempo assured with Model Gigi and Bolting Blue leading the way over Tassorting. BOLD SECRET (1) resumes. He didn't quite fire in two runs last campaign but they were in much stronger races, not far away in a BM70 first up at Moonee Valley despite being a maiden, then tackling a good 3yo race during Cup week at Flemington. Back to maiden grade here, he should be hard to hold out. TASSORTING (6) has made a habit of finding one better, runner up for the fourth time in six starts when resuming at Mornington. He did find the line well there and should strip fitter, expect he goes close. BOLTING BLUE (2) also come through the Kingsbury race when second at a big price, must include off that. MODEL GIGI (10) was okay on debut here and can improve.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Bold Secret on top.
3 05:45 Sandown Lodge Maiden Plate 1100m
Nothing to run them along here so the pace looks average at best. SALARIA (7) is knocking on the door and looks well placed third up from a spell. Both runs have been very good, chasing a talented one in Price Tag home second up to be beaten a long neck when last seen. The slight rise to 1100m looks perfect and she'll be very hard to hold out. SUPERIOR DAME (8) is a filly by Ole Kirk on debut for the Robbie Griffiths yard who has been trialling well. She's well-bred out of a good mare, hence the $1 million yearling price and she does look to have good ability. THANKFUL SMILE (9) resumes having run fifth on debut at Mornington. She was in the market there and is expected to improve this time around, watch the betting. MACCA'S ANGEL (5) comes through the Kingsbury form line last time which we'll get a line to in the race prior. She should take some holding out. FROZEN PRINCESS (2) is an Alabama Express filly for the Nathan Dunn yard who can run well.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Salaria to win.
4 06:15 ACW Facility Services Maiden Plate 1400m
Genuine tempo with the speedy Let Lily Loose leading the way. Looks the ideal race for LET LILY LOOSE (5) who presents third up. Two runs back have been good despite going under at $1.50 and $2.60 - tackling a stronger maiden at Sandown Lakeside last time over this trip, pulling up with excuses. She gets a bit of gear changed here and finds a fairly thin maiden here. SAYALERO (9) wasn't far away first up at Geelong when working home fairly off a slow speed over 1225m. Up in trip should suit nicely, she'll be hard to hold out late. ENCHANTED LASS (1) is racing consistently, back in trip slightly here off two solid mile runs. She should be thereabouts again. JEZEBEL JENNI (4) resumes having finished last on debut at Bendigo, on wet ground there. She could be a sharp improver with gear changes made this time in. LOMENIE (7) next best.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Let Lily Loose to win.
5 06:45 Ray White Pakenham & Officer Handicap 2000m
They look to roll along early with Winston and Patsy's Star leading the charge. Open race. ALL SO CLEAR (1) has been a model of consistency without winning lately, again in the minor placings last start at Ballarat when working home well for third. Comes back a notch in grade here and any sting out would also help his cause. Doubt he's far away again here. CYCLONE HARMONY (8) was a smart winner two back at Sale, okay in a slowly run race last time at Caulfield Heath. He should be poking through late. ARISTONOUS (6) has been good in two runs back and should be ready to peak now. His best form in a previous life would win this and the new camp might be slowly getting him back there. MAHERS LANDING (13) put in a better effort when just missing at Cranbourne over 1600m. He's bred to run a trip so getting to 2000m for the first time could see a new peak incoming. WINSTON (7) has been fair in two runs back but can improve now.  SUGGESTED PLAY: All So Clear on top.
6 07:15 Ladbrokes Sabaj Mile Series Heat 4 1600m
Maldini, Lady Sadler and Factcheck can settle forward in a race lacking a designated leader. Looks another nice race for FACTCHECK (1) who is in good form. He proved too good up on speed here last time out, beating the fast finishing Simurgh who has since been well backed to win impressively in Saturday company. They aim at another realistic option with Factcheck who should be very hard to catch again. SUNLIT SERENADE (8) was a smart winner on resumption in a Class 1 at Echuca, coming right away to score by 1.5 lengths. She's got upside and can measure up. REALIKA (12) ran a good race first up at Caulfield Heath when running on strongly for second, suggesting she's come back well. She can figure with added fitness. NOBLE WORK (11) is a lightly raced type who just missed LADY SADLER (7) first up. Lady Sadler was fitter but is flying and both are in the mix again.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Factcheck to win.
7 07:45 Hyland Sportswear Handicap 1400m
Plenty of pace from New Sovereign, Blakmax and Seethru primarily. YES I KNOW (6) just on top. He's a consistent operator who ran on well first up at Seymour as a $3 chance, beaten two lengths into third over 1200m which was always going to be on the sharp side. Up to 1400m now on the bigger track looks ideal and he draws perfectly for Mott. BRONTE BEACH (10) resumes. She didn't fire in three runs last time in but took on a couple of good races and has won a trial leading in. She showed good ability early doors and can run well here. LEGIO TEN (1) beat a subsequent winner when last seen over this route in a good driving finish. Up in the weights again but draws low and can win again. NEW SOVEREIGN (4) was behind Legio Ten last time but was only second up and can peak now. SEETHRU (5) won well fresh in easier grade and is in the mix.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Yes I Know to win.
8 08:15 Magic Millions Digital Handicap 1200m
Even tempo with Olivia Rose probably taking it up from a low draw in the absence of a genuine leader. Slight leaning to the resuming REINA ISABELLA (9). She was an easy winner first up last campaign over this track and distance in very similar company on heavy ground and a repeat of that number goes a long way here. She'll land in a good spot on speed and take running down. TAN TAT DELIGHT (12) also resumes having contested some good races in her maiden campaign. She's trialled nicely leading in, just not sure how big a start she could give them. OLIVIA ROSE (11) has a run under the belt, just finding one better here first up when in the market. Fitter now, she draws to effect and will take beating. ZUNNA (10) resumes off a trial win. She was making good strides in Adelaide last campaign and must be respected on her home deck for the in-form Stokes yard. DOLLAR SHOT (1) can run well fresh with the big weight.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Reina Isabella on top.
