MONTY ROAD (2) has shown pace in the country last two and run down but is course and distance placed and looks well in here back at the sharper trip with the claim. Take catching. I'LLTELLYOUAFTER (8) has switched yards since finishing seventh five weeks ago over 860m at Gatton. Best figures stack up and expected to feature. ROCKY PRINCE (3) is a two-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was beaten 4 lengths when fifth over 1100m at Mackay. This is easier and will be winding up late. SENSEI GIRL (4) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff she finished 12th over 1000m at Townsville. Showed ability in only her other run and is a chance here fresh. RAAR (5) rates highly on his run two is back and can make amends. SUGGESTED PLAY: Monty Road to take catching. |

DNC PLUMBING QTIS Three-Year-Old Handicap 1250m
Moderate tempo with Nottington Prince leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. EXODAS (4) has been in great form winning the last two in the same grade. Will race close to the speed and can bring up a winning hat-trick. INSTA WORTHY (5) has been in great form as well, the latest unable to hold off Mister Doobee late. Meets that galloper a couple of kilos better and can turn the tables. BETTERLUCKNEXTTIME (1) is a former Birchley galloper making debut for the new yard and is coming off a last start placing at Rockhampton. Can measure up to this. MISTER DOOBEE (3) won this grade last time so don't underestimate. RAFF VADER (7) was a winner of easier in the latest but worth including with the big drop in the weights. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stick with Exodus. |

AUSSIE DRILL KINGS BENCHMARK 55 Handicap 950m
In a small field either Our Addiction or Shere Khan will find the front. SHE'S SPEEDY (2) is the clear top pick. Super honest mare who made it two wins in a row last start when she scored by 1.5 lengths over 1000m at Townsville. Can make it three straight. OUR ADDICTION (5) led throughout to score over 1000m at Mt Garnet last time. This is no easier but in form and has a strong record with Lacey Morrison in the irons. Sure to be competitive. THREEBROTHERS (1) is a local freshened for this. Racing well at home and is among the leading hopes. FANCY GARTER (4) was well off best last time but previous run solid for this and can improve sharply. SHERE KHAN (6) has been well off best last couple but has good pace and will give a sight. SUGGESTED PLAY: She's Speedy should make it a hat-trick. |

BABINDA ELECTRICS OPEN Handicap 950m
Missile Thunder and Sowilo Siren should set a strong clip. Good race but the Massingham stable have a huge hand in the race with three top chances. BLUE STRATUM (3) hasn't raced for nine months but his last run was a dominant win over this course and distance. Goes close if on song. Stablemate ALMIGHTY JAB (5) also resumes and is a fresh-up winner. Unbeaten course and distance from two tries and looks very hard to beat. The third stable runner is LADY DAMUS (2) who won the Lightning here at her last run before a break. Also goes well course and distance and will give a start but wind up late. SOWILO SIREN (6) is another resuming and looks the biggest threat to that trio. Won three of his last four before a break. Building a great record here and drawn for a good run. MACHINE HEAD (7) is a speedy galloper placed both tries this course and distance and will give a sight. SUGGESTED PLAY: Blue Stratum fresh. |

Strong pace with Third Master, Brand New and Tsunami paving the way. Looks a good race for TSUNAMI (3). Turned in a much better run at Townsville last time and on the quick back up. Yet to fire here but a repeat of last run in this line-up would see him go close. VERBALIZE (1) is one of many who raced at the picnics last time but unlike most he was a winner over 1350m at Mt Garnet. That was his first run for the new yard and although this tougher confidence is back and can go close again. EYELEFTIT (6) is fitter for two runs back and will find this easier. First run for a new yard and will be winding up late this sharper trip. THIRD MASTER (2) has been safely held at Mt Garnet his last two but the form prior is good for this. Has run well here and gets a chance to find form. STARMEIRA (7) has some solid runs here and gets her chance to improve. SUGGESTED PLAY: Follow up on Tsunami. |

Moderate pace with Acclimatise taking up the running ahead of Kickagoal Kenny and Eclipsion. Several win chances despite the small field. OUR MISSILE (7) has been racing well including a last start win at Gordonvale. This is tougher and first try this circuit but in form and plummets in the weights, dropping 8kg on the last start win. Leading rider aboard and can go close again. CYCLONE COCO (5) has won his last three, the latest a two-length Mt Garnet win over 1350m. Weighted to go close again. FOOLS PLAY (8) wasn't far away at Townsville at the latest. Was a winner here three back and is worth another chance. KICKAGOAL KENNY (6) was runner-up fresh and is a second-up winner. Has a solid record here and can feature again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stick with Our Missile. |

Leading rider aboard and will take beating again. SKOGAFOSS (8) has been freshened since finishing third here last time. Was beaten less than a length in fourth here the start prior. Good record over this course and distance and can find winning form. NOLAN (1) placed behind Line 'Em Up Loui last time. Senior rider goes aboard and can feature in the finish again. SWATOW (2) is third-up and should be ready to fire. Best figures stack up. MATERIALIST (6) has placed 2/2 this course and distance and deserves another chance. Airborne Hotdog is expected to lead at a strong tempo. SHE'S A BEAUTY (10) has been in great form winning two on end before a close-up third latest. Tricky gate but leading rider aboard and will be tough to stop late. KIRIKAN (6) has strung together a host of placings and deserves to win. Wiggins aboard who has placed 7/8 rides without a win. He will be trying to fix that. MCLOVIN (8) had first run this area with a solid fourth behind She's Speedy. Has the ability and can go close. FLORAL LEGEND (12) is in form at the picnics and expected to measure up again. Aided by the claim. LECONFIELD (7) is fitter for two runs back and expected to do much better. SUGGESTED PLAY: She's A Beauty can atone. |
