Race 1 1300m
MEIWA SHERRY (10) is back from a break of four months. Put together back-to-back wins before going for a spell, the most recent at this track over 1300m. Has a formidable record at this journey with two wins and two placings from five starts and is expected to feature. LALATINA (11) looks to launch this prep the way she ended the last nine weeks ago when she scored over 1400m at this track. Will prove hard to beat. WAIKIKI BEACH (4) made progress last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1400m at this track after being in contention on the bend. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. EXPLORE (1) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when tenth over 1400m at this track. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time. |
