WINTER WAVES (4) did well to score at this track two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when sixth over 1400m at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. Goes best here and looks a genuine winning hope. ULTRA QUICK (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Safely held last time out when fourth over 1400m at Scottsville, beaten 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Well weighted with the claim. Genuine hope. RAFIKI (2) resumes today after filling a minor placing at his only appearance last prep at this track over 1600m on August 1. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Must be respected. |

SUNDANCE KID (2) got home by 2.5 lengths last time out over 1800m at this track. Has five wins here. Has a high cruising speed. Will prove tough to beat. ISIVIVANE (3) is close to breaking through but proving costly, last time out recording another placing when second at Greyville. Solid run again last time and among the leading chances. EVENTIDOR (4) has strung together a couple of wins at this course, the latest on December 9 over 1600m when he scored by 0.6 lengths. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is worth serious consideration. IMPERIAL POWER (8) built on a nice third two starts back at Greyville with a win over 1400m at this track eight weeks ago, getting home by 0.3 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again. |

MALSHANA MOU (1) scored an overdue maiden win last time out, getting home by 3.5 lengths over 1000m at this track. Looks well placed and she is likely to feature in the finish again. CALL ME JANE (8) continues to race well with a win two back at Greyville before finishing a long neck away in second last time over 1000m at Greyville. Should be prominent from the outset. Capable of testing this field. PRANKSTER (6) progressed nicely last time out to score by a long neck over 1000m at this track. Solid top-three prospects again. SUMMER WINTER (9) is third-up and looks close to a win. should be at top and is one of the better chances. |

CAPPELLINO (1) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing fourth and only 0.8 lengths from the winner at the end of 1200m. Close to a win and worth noting both career wins have been this course and distance. Nicely placed to score. GRAND FORCE (4) has sound form this time in and turned in an eye-catching run to finish fourth at Scottsville last time. Has found the frame at all four visits to this track, including a win. Will prove tough to beat. BARRY DU GROND (10) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1000m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths into fifth. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. TRAFALGAR SQUARE (8) is better than last couple and will find this easier. Nicely placed to atone. |

Up to open class but unbeaten from two tries course and distance. Leading chance again. BUTTERCUP BABY (6) is in top form this campaign including a last start course and distance win. Take catching again. SUPER FAST (1) didn’t fire last start but is capable of better and has a good record course and distance. Well weighted with the claim. |

COPACABANA (2) turned things around last start and got the job done by 0.7 lengths over 1400m at Greyville. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat again. BLIND SPEED (3) was in the money two starts back at this track but was unable to repeat the effort last time when sixth, beaten 3 lengths, at Greyville over 1400m. Likely improver with strong prospects. FUTANO (4) ran a better race last start to finish a close third over 1400m at Greyville after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. NAUTICAL LANDING (1) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 11 lengths away in ninth over 1400m at Greyville. Tristan Godden gets the best out of this four-year-old mare. Finds a nice race and can atone. |
