RESURGENT WARRIOR (3) has been competitive of late and kept the ball rolling last time when 4 metres from the winner in fourth over 2090m at this track. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. EVERYTHING BUT THE (5) is a great chance after a string of sound recent performances, the latest a solid fourth at this track over 2090m. Hard to find fault. SPORTZSILK (4) is the best of the rest after finishing runner-up over 2090m at this track last time out after having raced outside the leader at the bell.
