LASA (5) was responsible for a very good effort last time over 2600m at Addington, finishing second and just a neck from the winner. Perfectly placed and is sure to be there at the finish. MAJOR HENRY (14) is back from a break of 14 months and looks to be right up to the mark following a placing in a recent trial. Sure to prove hard to beat on his return. JACK'S EYRE (12) had excuses in his last-start ninth over 2000m at Rangiora. Stick with him at each-way value. DAWN TO DARK (2) did well in a good field when finishing eighth over 2000m at Rangiora two weeks ago. He has a good gate, and he can figure in the top 4 this time at some value.
