MARYBOROUGH GOLF CLUB TROT 1690m Track: GOOD |
|---|---|---|---|---|
EL TORNADO (3) is back today after a layoff of two years. Closed the last prep in great style with a win by 3.5 metres over 1690m at Shepparton. Likely to get all the favours from this nice draw. Likely to run a big race to kick off this campaign. WITH APLOMB (8) finished fourth last start over 2150m at Bendigo, beaten 7 metres. Best recent result was a win at this track three starts ago over 1690m. No harm in drawing here with the sprint lane to rely upon. Won't find this any harder and she can find winning ways. WATCH AND ACT (5) has paced in all of his last four starts and must be considered after he finished third over 2150m at Bendigo a week-and-a-half ago. TWEEDLEDEE (7) is in the mix following a fifth at his most recent appearance over 2150m at Bendigo.
