VINCENT GRANGE (3) is working his way towards a win. Beaten only 4.3m into fourth two back and last time came from this barrier when 3 metres from the winner in second at Charlton. Could go one better. BIG RIG SAINT (9) draws on the back line but produced a good effort last time out for third at Melton. PISTOL PEARCE (8) hasn't been far from the placings in three starts since a Cranbourne win, last time beaten only 4m at Melton.
