Meets a comparable field so he can add to the strong recent effort. EBONY BELLE (1) was out of the money two back at this track. Turned in a better run last time out when second over 1780m at this track, beaten 2.25 metres. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position and does like to go forward early. Facing a tougher assignment but she is up to the task. ERASMUS (6) is the next best after finishing runner-up over 2040m at this track last time out. TOUGH FIGHTER (7) must be considered after he finished third over 1660m at Albion Park two weeks ago.
