CHRISTMAS IN JULY @ CLUB PACEWAY BOOK NOW PACE 2125m

Track: FAST

SINALOA (4) hasn't raced since he copped a tough draw in the Nutrien Equine Classic at Melton in April but won two in a row prior, one of them by a whopping 35m in his only attempt at this circuit and distance. Readied with a placing in a city trial and races well fresh. RED SAPPHIRE (9) came from a similar draw to this to miss by just a nose when resuming before digging deep to score last week. That took his strike rate here to 50 per cent and he won his only try at this longer distance. ED MENDES (5) may enjoy returning to the front line having placed in two of his last three starts from second row draws. MISTER QUIRK (6) draws wider than in last week's win but should be at his peak now.
