Strong early tempo with Cat Noir driving forward from an outside gate and Extreme Virtue also pushing ahead. EXTREME VIRTUE (11) is a lightly raced 3yo filly who won her maiden nicely two back before finishing second over a mile at Sandown-Lakeside. Finds a slightly easier race here and with natural improvement she should go close. CAT NOIR (10) broke through for a smart maiden win last time out at this track. Her form prior reads well behind the likes of Quickster and she can go on with it here. FREEDOM ESCAPE (1) was no match for a dominant winner first up at Ballarat but did well to hold down second.
