GOING: G

NORTHSIDE TROPHIES PACE (SKY 1) 2230m

Track: GOOD

NO NOTTHEBUTTONS (6) broke in the run and finished tailed off when resuming last start over 2230m at this track. Won't find this any harder, so he can return to form. THATS ART (2) has been excellent of late, and he made it two in a row when successful at its latest appearance over 1609m at Port Pirie, getting home by 10 metres. Go again. SKY FAWKES (4) has a strong record here, which is significant. Finished second over 1800m at this track last time out. Each way. BOULDER CITY (1) can make the most of the perfect inside draw and is worth some thought after his last-start fourth over 1800m at this track on June 21.

Six-year-old rig is racing in fine form. Won its last two outings at Port Pirie and this track. Last start posted a big 10 m win as favourite after showing early speed, (Fr4) at Port Pirie (1:57.60) beating Winston Alexander in NR 48 to 56 on June 11 at $2. Hard to go past on recent form.

Finding it hard to put a couple of good runs together. Last start was was driven from back in the field when 3rd (Fr3) over 1800m at this track, at the bell was 6th-4.6 beaten 4.5 m by My Ultimate Flynn (2:11.40) in 6 Lifetime Wins on June 23 at $41. Before that beaten 14 metres, seventh at this track over 1800m NR 47 to 54 GROUP on June 16. Unlikely to threaten in this tougher assignment.

Lacklustre performance first-up at this course and distance beaten 70 m fifth after showing early speed, behind Don Arthur in a NR 63 to 74 on June 18. Strips fitter and is a winning chance.
