SILVER PISTOL (5) was solid when fifth in the NSW Derby when last seen in March and won his other three starts of the campaign including his Derby heat. Has two wins and a placing from three fresh attempts and will be ready to go off a trial win. Stablemate FOX DAN (8) had no luck when fourth after racing wide in the Gold Chalice at Bathurst in March and won his other two starts of the campaign. He is unbeaten in three fresh attempts and draws for a trail so looks very dangerous. IM DUSTEE (10) cops a tough draw but deserves respect after finding winning form here last week. PESCI (1) and TRIPLE ROCK SAINT (3) are both exotic hopes aided by good draws.
