This will be a keen early contest, with Scipio, Smart Raptor and Kaseno Mio prominent. KEIAI ANIRA (15) was well in commission when resuming last start over 1400m at Hanshin Dirt but could only manage fourth, although only 2.5 lengths from the winner. Races well when second-up. Should park just off the speed and rates among the leading chances. EL GUERROUJ (9) is back after a break of nine weeks. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt. Has ability and should be right in the finish. KASENO MIO (3) returns from a layoff of nine weeks. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1400m at this track. Has found a suitable race and is worth including. FERVENTE (14) resumes in a similar race to his last run four months ago when he scored by 1.3 lengths. Now under the care of new trainer T Miya. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
