Nicely placed in this similar contest and should feature again. DAISHICHISEI (5) broke through for his maiden win over 1400m at this track last time, scoring by 2.5 lengths. Shaping up nicely and he cannot be discounted. BELLAGIO KENSHIRO (3) resumes from a spell of nine weeks. Has filled a minor placing at both first-up runs. Opened last prep with a second over 1400m at Himeji. One of the better prospects. LUCKY PROOF (8) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a spell then again missed the frame last start over 1400m here. Fitter and can feature.
