Sizzling pace from the outset from Doctor Coto, I'm Cheeky and Nefertiti locking horns ahead of Our Malyshka and Bay Wave. MR MAGNUS (3) was an impressive winner fresh up at Bendigo when coming with a well-timed run from last to score comfortably by over a length. He then arrived too late at Echuca last time out when finishing third and only needs the right tempo here to have the last say. Watch for him late. OUR MALYSHKA (7) won on debut in January before being put aside to further mature. She is a progressive type and only has to cope with a 4-kilo weight ride to be among the hardest to beat again. MOCHI (10) was seventh in the same race as the top pick last time out after a tidy maiden win before that at Stony Creek when leading all of the way. She might be ridden more handily this time and can bounce straight back into the money. NEFERTITI (8) resumed from a spell with a win last time out over 1100m at Avoca. Back in good order and can play a role in the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mochi each-way.
