Yoshino Mitchi and Grand Muteki have sufficient early speed to position at the head of the field. OUROBOROS (4) broke through for his maiden win over 1500m at Urawa last time, scoring comfortably. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Looks well placed and he can go on with it. EOJJEOLAGO (11) is putting together some solid results. Finished third at this track two starts back then landed the prize by one length last time out over 1400m at Urawa. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. CURREN IVERSON (2) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 15 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth at Urawa. Hard to beat in this suitable race. AUSTRALIS (1) returns. Closed the last campaign with a eighth over 2000m at Sapporo. Can kick off with a bold showing.
