NEO LIES (4) finished fourth two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1300m at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. ERICE (5) wasn't far off maiden success before a four-and-a-half months break, finishing the prep with a minor placing at this track. Expect she has come on over the break. Rates highly and is a strong chance to take this out fresh. MEINER VEDETTE (9) was well fancied last start over 1300m at this track when fourth. Can bounce back. HABANERO (8) finished fourth over 1300m at this track a week ago. Well placed to make amends.
