Genuine tempo with the speedy Mr Tatsuo leading the way. WETTERHORN (1) has been kept fresh since an all-the-way win over 1500m at Nagoya. Can push forward again here and rates a leading contender. RED JASPER (3) wasn't far away last time at big odds, finishing second over 1400m at Kasamatsu. A repeat of that last effort puts her right in this. MR TATSUO (7) recorded a strong maiden win over 1400m at Sonoda last time, getting there by 2.5 lengths. Shaping up nicely and he is a solid top-three hope. BELLAGIO KOKUO (9) could only manage to finish ninth, beaten 13 lengths, at his latest appearance over 1400m at this track. Could improve.
