The race pace looks okay here in this Maiden event over 2100m for Amateur Riders only. RAKANUI (4) improved second up nicely. Has a top gun amateur rider on today and is the one to beat. RUM NIGHT (8) was only a fair run at last outing but led and just beaten at first start. Quinella and trifecta must. NIGHTFALL (3) eight times placed and two of those came here. Twice placed when third up too. DEALORNODEAL (2) was a poor effort last start but is capable of better. Four-times placed. Handles it dry and wet. Must include. DO THE MATHS (1) is a wet tracker. In an astute yard so will be ready fresh up. Chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rakanui is a win wager.
