From the outside draw Seiun Pioneer spears to the lead and sets a slick tempo. TANGO BAILARIN (2) is yet to break through after four career starts. Could only manage to finish sixth last time out over 2200m at Nakayama following a minor placing at Tokyo when fresh from a spell the run prior. Big chance to break through. DANON MAKALU (13) returns after three-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt. Launched last prep with a minor placing at Nakayama Dirt over 1800m. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. INSEL BONITA (6) has not been to the races since he finished third on debut over 1600m at this track on February 17. One of the main contenders. YUINO KOMICHI (15) is a five-start maiden who filled a minor placing at this track at the last run before spelling. Jumps from a wide alley. Has ability so don't underestimate.
