Race 1 1400m
GENIE BONITA (9) resumes. Was racing well immediately prior to the break, registering two minor placings in a row, the latest over this course and distance. Sure to be right there at the business end. MARUNO ANNA (2) did little and finished sixth over 1400m at this track last start after being prominent at the turn, a less impressive effort than her fourth here the run before. Likely improver with strong prospects. SUNRISE TESORO (6) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when a neck away in second over 1400m at this track when he was in the firing line all the way. Nicely placed to take this out. TIMELESS BLOOM (1) was unplaced two runs back, then again missed the frame last start over 1500m at this track, finishing sixth. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect. |

HANUMAN BEACH (6) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing second and beaten only a head over 1500m at Funabashi. Looks well placed, and can go one better. JO KAI (8) has Ryo Novata going aboard after she was well held last time out in sixth over 1500m at this track. Should camp just off the leaders. Each way value. YODONO HOMARE (5) returns after a spell of five months. Looking to emulate his win at this track at the beginning of last prep. Has to be respected, so include in all combinations. |

Will be handy despite the tricky draw. On top. JANUB (3) showed good pace over 1500m at this track when resuming last time and dug deep to score by 5 lengths. Should be prominent again from the low draw. Hard to beat again. GREAT SPIRIT (5) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third last time out over 1400m at this track. Has his share of talent. Stick with him. ESORA (2) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was less impressive last time out at Kawasaki. He is worth another chance. |

MANACOR (5) was comfortably accounted for when sixth last start over 1400m at this track, beaten 7 lengths. That followed a good first-up win at this track. Tackling a more suitable race, so he is an each-way threat. ANUMATI CHEKO (3) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest over 1500m at Kawasaki after she got a long way back. She jumps up to a middle distance and will be peaking third up. Stick with her. Race 9 1400m
GROOVY ON (4) is a five-start maiden who could only manage to finish sixth after being in the firing line on the turn at her latest appearance in a much tougher field over 1400m at Tokyo Dirt. This looks like a nice race so expect her to be right in the finish. Expected to be an each-way threat. MEIYU (8) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1400m at Tokyo Dirt. He strips fitter and will find this field more to his liking. Stick with him. KAMINO WA (5) did a great job to score by 3 lengths over this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Looks well placed, so expect another big run. |

Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. SAUDADE (4) finished out of the money two starts back, then was a sound fourth over 900m at Kawasaki two weeks ago. Steps up a level, but she is up to the task. BEST RETURNER (3) has been down on his best in his last couple of starts, but is far better than that, and can bounce back into the money here. |

Has found a suitable race and can take this out, especially if the money comes for her. TAMAMO ALTAIR (4) faded last time to finish sixth over 1200m at Funabashi after showing good early speed. Meets some better types this time, but another big run is on the cards.
