Promising type with improvement to come so she should be in the finish again. NETTE FRAU (5) stepped out on her debut over 1400m at Kyoto four weeks ago and finished sixth, beaten 5.5 lengths. Plenty of scope for improvement. HERMOSO PENDULO (3) debuted over 1400m at Kyoto four weeks ago and finished fourth, beaten 3 lengths. Better for that run and can improve sharply.
2	10:35	Maiden Race 1000m MA SEULE ETOILE (8) finished third, beaten 2.5 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at Kyoto Dirt after she was in contention on the turn. Likely improver with winning claims. BEE KONG (14) has been in the placings four times from 10 outings. Last start finished fifth over 1200m at Kyoto Dirt. Goes well here with three top-three finishes to his credit. Won't get too many better chances to break through. SHAKASHAKASHII (11) was in contention on the corner and finished second last time over 1200m at Kyoto Dirt when resuming from a spell, beaten 1.75 lengths. Nicely placed to go one better. WIN AUBE (5) made progress last time out, finishing 8 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1200m at Kyoto Dirt. No surprise to see him in the frame.
3	11:05	Maiden Race 1200m SHADOFF (13) was close to breaking through last time, beaten just half a length over 1200m at Kyoto. Starting to put it together and is ideally placed to open her account. MIRAI HARMONY (2) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of ten weeks, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1200m at Fukushima. Good effort to launch last prep when in the money at Fukushima over 1200m. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. BOURBON QUEEN (3) is yet to break through after eight starts but not far off a win. Placed two back then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 1200m at Niigata. Drawn to go forward. Best form stacks up and she is among the chances. ROUGE REINAS (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at Kyoto, beaten 2.5 lengths into ninth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
4	11:35	Maiden Race 1800m SCHWERTLILIE (11) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 1800m at Kyoto when fresh from a spell. Back in great order and can go on with it. ELIZABETH BAROWS (2) last raced when fourth on debut over the mile at Kyoto ten weeks ago. Likely improver with definite claims. DANON MONT BLANC (3) stepped out for his debut over 1600m at Hanshin back on March 9 and finished ninth, beaten 7 lengths. Top-three chance with that run under his belt. SADAME (7) resumes from a spell of seven months. Could only manage to finish fifth at the latest run over 1600m at Chukyo. Has ability and is worth including.
5	12:25	Newcomer Race 1200m A SHIN AYAME (5) is a well bred two-year-old filly making her first appearance at the races. By A Shin Top from A Shin Boulevard who has produced her share of winners. Promising type who is ready to make an immediate impact. NANSHIYOTO (7) is on debut for the Okada stable. Two-year-old filly by Ares Barows from Eri Ballad. One to keep close tabs on, particularly if popular with punters. NANTOKA NARUNYA (2) is a two-year-old colt on debut from the Sasada stable. By Came Home from Lily. A good gate is sure to assist. Respect any positive move in betting. ZAVODOVSKI (13) is appearing for the first time. By Mind Your Biscuits and is out of the Fujisawa stable. Watch the market closely.
6	12:55	Newcomer Race 1000m OTOMENA SHACHO (3) is a two-year-old filly by Speightstown out of Mylady Curlin stepping out on debut for the Hideyuki Mori stable. Sure to acquit herself well. Betting the key. ADEL LIEBE (7) is a first-starter by Henny Hughes from Adelheid who has thrown plenty of winners to date. Looks set to make a positive start to her career. BONHEUR CATS (8) is facing the starter for the first time. By New Year's Day and comes from the Tamio Hamada stable. Respect any positive move in betting. MONTECITO (2) is a two-year-old colt on debut from the stable of Kazuya Makita. By Mikki Isle from La Californie. Pay to watch for any positive betting moves.
7	01:25	Maiden Race 1700m T M DENSETSU (8) turned in a better performance last time to finish third over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt after being in contention on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. ARENA PALACIO (13) is a four-start maiden who finished fourth after being prominent at the corner at his most recent outing over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. TOULATTATTA (2) finished 3 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being prominent at the turn over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt, an improvement on his fifth at the same track the run before. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. SOL AMAZON (16) finished 2.5 lengths away in fourth at his last appearance over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt on June 16 after he got a long way back in the run. Should be about the money.
8	01:55	Allowance Race 1800m KAZU MIKULASE (6) returns from a layoff of 12 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1800m at Kyoto. Looks a winning chance. ECORO MARS (12) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 1600m at Kyoto after being prominent from the outset. Should race just off the speed despite the wide draw. Anticipating another big run. KURINO ADVANCE (8) last appeared when he got the cash over 2000m at Chukyo on March 17. One to consider. PACIFIC ROUTE (1) resumes after a break of three-and-a-half months. Won on debut to launch the last campaign over 2000m at Kyoto. Worth plenty of thought.
9	02:25	HIKOSAN TOKUBETSU 2600m WATER PUIPUI (5) resumed two weeks ago over 2400m at Kyoto and was only beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth. Meets some better types this time but this is well within her grasp. SHONAN HOWL (3) turned in a much better effort last start when beaten only a neck into second at Kyoto over 2400m. Extra trip a plus and is a definite winning chance. LA FAMILIA (2) resumes after a break of three months. Trying to repeat his debut win over 2400m at Hanshin to kick off last prep. Expect him to pose a serious challenge. ASTER BUGIE (7) finished third last time over 2200m at Kyoto, beaten 2 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Likely improver with top-three claims again.
10	03:01	KUMAMOTOJO TOKUBETSU 1700m FRAMLINGHAM (14) turned in a solid fresh performance last start when a minor placegetter over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 2.25 lengths. Has a strong record when second-up, including two wins, and is suited getting to the longer journey for the first time. Rates highly on best form and should go very well. INTENSO (10) is a progressive four-year-old entire who resumes from a break of nine weeks, his last appearance being a win over 1800m at Niigata Dirt at his only run of that campaign. Has scored first-up from a spell before. Should give a great sight. MEISHO HOMARE (11) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten 4.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. Meeting a deeper field this time but she is up to the challenge. RISING LA PAZ (16) has been plain of late but can improve.
11	03:35	HAKATA STAKES 1800m JULIA BAROWS (2) turned in a nice effort last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just a neck from the winner in second over 2000m at Kyoto. Ideally placed to take this out. Grade 3 placegetter SEVEN MAGICIAN (4) closed last campaign with back-to-back placings, the last of which was at Hanshin 12 weeks ago. Sure to be right there at the business end. ARGINE (12) is a handy type who resumes after a break of three-and-a-half months. At her last appearance she finished fifth over 1600m at Chukyo, beaten 3.5 lengths. Has an impressive first-up record including three victories. One of the contenders. KEIAI SENA (11) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing 11th at Niigata over 1800m after being in contention on the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
12	04:15	Allowance Race 1200m BIDAAYA (8) continues to race well with a win two back at Kyoto before finishing half a length away in second last time over 1400m at the same track. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Best figures should see him run well. THEATER (3) returns after a spell of 12 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1400m at Kyoto. Looks a winning chance. DAYTONA MODE (7) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 11 starts. Was again denied last start when he found one better over 1400m at Kyoto. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. KEY WAVE (9) ran fourth at his latest appearance over 1200m at Kyoto, clocking in 1.75 lengths from the winner. Deserves serious consideration.
