Expecting Cosmo Kirkas to take up the running with Ryota Special and Bel Tanto close at hand. VERDE VENTO (5) finished fifth two runs back at Funabashi then improved last time out to score by 3 lengths after being in contention on the corner over 1400m at this track. Meets some better types this time but she has the ability to test this field. TOSEN SAMANTHA (8) missed the frame two back in tougher company then relished the easier contest last time when second over 1500m at this track. Well placed and among the leading players. RYOTA SPECIAL (11) was prominent at the bend and finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over 1500m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. BEL TANTO (6) finished 15 lengths back in 13th over 1500m at Kawasaki last time out after a gutsy win the start prior. Should camp just off the leaders. Sure to be thereabouts.
