Solid tempo likely from the outset with Eri Crown, Roman Spinel and Hakusan Kraken prominent. KYOEI CARINA (9) booted up from the inside draw to lead when returning from a spell last start and was there on straightening before being claimed and finishing a nose away in second over 800m at Urawa. Will go forward again and looks tough to beat. ERI CROWN (3) showed good early dash and stalked the pace last start before drawing clear to score by a nose over 800m at Urawa. Will be tough to rein in again. TOKEN EMI STER (6) did little and finished 10 lengths from the winner in ninth over 1600m at this track last start after being in the firing line on the turn, a less impressive effort than her fifth at this track the run before. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BRAVE JEANNE (2) had been rock-solid with two placings in a row before finishing fourth over 800m at Urawa last start. In the mix.
