Fast pace assured with Stormy Seas, Kinshin Sha and Duke Of Rock leading the charge. KINSHIN SHA (2) showed good speed over this distance on the Classic course last time but found one too good on the day. He gets the services of a 4kg claiming apprentice which will assist his cause. STORMY SEAS (1) is better than his last start run for sixth of eight would suggest. He won his penultimate run over this distance at Turffontein. Raymond Danielson steps back into the saddle and the pair merit healthy respect. DUKE OF ROCK (3) ran a fair race over 1200m last time when finishing fifth of 20 when sent out as the favourite. He finished second in his only attempt over this distance. If finding the form of his penultimate run when scoring a win should have a say in the outcome of this contest. CITYSCAPE (7) challenged strongly in her last start, but found one too good on the day. She resumes from a spell and jumps from a good draw.
